Most of my working life I've been a developer with a focus on Process Improvement and Quality Assurance. With a natural ability to bring Agile processes in any team even before I knew that is what they are.
I have worked both on defence and commercial development. Have experienced how waterfall can be vastly improved by the introduction of agile processes.
